2019年解放軍文職招聘考試護理學基礎知識:醫(yī)護人員銳器傷害的預防措施發(fā)布時間:2019-02-18 12:22:01醫(yī)護人員的銳器傷害是指在工作中被針頭、手術器械、玻璃制品、醫(yī)療儀器設備,醫(yī)療廢棄物及其他銳利物品刺傷和割傷而導致有被病原微生物感染風險的意外事件。并且在我們的護理考試當中,是一個非常愛考到的考點,為此中公教育的老師專門給各位同學整理了它的預防措施。1.加強安全意識及防護知識的宣教:調查顯示大部分銳器傷害是由于醫(yī)護人員防護意識淡薄、工作不細心、注意力不集中或未按操作規(guī)程執(zhí)行,技術操作不熟練,對銳器傷的認識不足。更有職工對銳器傷害存有僥幸心理,受到傷害后不及時處理,更不知應予以上報,均是銳器傷不斷的原因。所以,應加強安全及防護知識教育,使醫(yī)護人員了解正確處理銳器傷的重要性,改變不正確的個人操作習慣,建立安全管理理念。2.嚴格遵守標準預防原則:進行外科手術、放射、穿刺、抽血、清洗和處理醫(yī)療器材時常發(fā)生銳器損傷,傷口接觸到污物時完全有可能被感染。因此,應增強醫(yī)護人員標準預防意識,提高感染性疾病的預防控制知識水平。3.預防銳器傷害的各種規(guī)范操作訓練:通過預防銳器傷害訓練糾正醫(yī)護人員在工作中不良的操作習慣和行為。接觸各種與血液、體液有關的操作時戴手套。使用注射器時不讓指尖觸及針頭,操作完畢不要回套針帽,禁止用手分離污染的針頭和注射器。在治療室配置藥液時戴上手套,防止掰安瓿劃破手指。穿上能蓋住足背的隔離鞋,防止碎玻璃、針頭掉下來刺破足背皮膚。傳遞各種銳器時使用容器傳遞,針頭、刀片、縫合針用后立即放入堅固、耐刺、防滲漏的容器內,放置七成滿時立即蓋好蓋子,貼上標簽,焚燒處理。4.改善醫(yī)療工作環(huán)境:安全的操作環(huán)境能有效的減少醫(yī)護人員被銳器損傷的次數(shù),如在進行侵襲性診療、護理操作過程中,要保證充足的光線,采用安全針頭注射器,負壓標本試管采血,提供便于丟棄銳利廢物的容器,規(guī)范醫(yī)療廢品的處理,醫(yī)療垃圾應在衛(wèi)生部門統(tǒng)一規(guī)定下在固定場所焚毀。5.建立銳器損傷管理組織和報告制度:按照2001年中華人民共和國制定的《醫(yī)院感染管理文件匯編》銳器傷的預防要求,建立預防銳器傷害管理組織是實現(xiàn)銳器傷害管理的根本保證。由醫(yī)院感染科和各臨床科室院感監(jiān)控小組負責對醫(yī)護人員銳器損傷進行管理,建立損傷報告和登記制度。以便醫(yī)護人員一旦受到銳器傷害能向有關部門報告,并得到及時的咨詢和處理。同時有關部門在收集這些數(shù)據(jù)時,可定期分析銳器傷害的原因,采取有效的預防措施,以減少醫(yī)護人員職業(yè)感染的危險性。
