發(fā)布時(shí)間：2020-03-10 15:57:16單人心肺復(fù)蘇步驟1.確定有無(wú)意識(shí)，判斷有無(wú)呼吸;2.若無(wú)反應(yīng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)呼救，并進(jìn)行施救;3.首先仰臥位，置于地面或硬板上;4.開(kāi)放氣道，清理口腔異物(若是溺水應(yīng)先迅速倒水);5.立即口對(duì)口吹氣2次;6.一手捏住鼻孔，另一手托起患者下頜;檢查脈搏;7.如有脈搏，可僅做口對(duì)口人工呼吸;8.如無(wú)脈搏，立即進(jìn)行胸外心臟按壓;9.每按壓15次，口對(duì)口吹氣2次，然后重新定位，再按壓15次，如此反復(fù)進(jìn)行;10.心肺復(fù)蘇開(kāi)始1分鐘，或者連續(xù)操作四個(gè)循環(huán)后，檢查一次呼吸和脈搏、瞳孔變化，以后每進(jìn)行45分鐘檢查一次，每次不超過(guò)5秒鐘。11.如用擔(dān)架搬運(yùn)病人或者是在救護(hù)車(chē)上進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇，應(yīng)不間斷地進(jìn)行，必須間斷時(shí)，時(shí)間不超過(guò)5～10秒。
